Keep Fighting - a dedicated space committed to empowering individuals on their journey to optimal mental well-being. Our platform is designed to be a catalyst for positive change, addressing the challenges that often accompany the pursuit of a healthy mentality.
Navigating the path to mental wellness can be daunting, and knowing where to begin is half the battle. That's where we come in. Our mission is to proactively engage individuals before feelings of loneliness and isolation set in, ensuring they stay resilient in their personal battles. Keep Fighting is here to provide support by not only developing and financially sponsoring personalized fitness plans but also by fostering ongoing connections to ensure goals are not only met but sustained.
In addition to our fitness-centric approach, we recognize the importance of professional guidance in this transformative journey. That's why we offer referrals to experienced mental health professionals when needed, supplementing the holistic support we provide.
At Keep Fighting, our commitment remains constant - to equip individuals with the resources and support necessary to persevere in their fight for mental well-being.

Keep Fighting was born out of Tammy's personal journey from facing loss and battling her own mental challenges. Fueled by her experiences, including being the first female to fight under Fusion MMA and coping with the tragic loss of a close friend to suicide, Tammy pivoted to teaching kids boxing, eventually founding Keep Fighting in honor of her late friend Ariel Gerena.
